Shipping policy

We roast and grind after your order comes in, so give us a day or two before it leaves. Orders placed on a weekend go out the following week.

Rates

• $6 flat on orders under $40
• Free on orders of $40 or more

How it ships

We ship USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they leave us. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as the label is printed.

We don't currently ship outside the United States.

Local pickup and delivery

If you're in the Cape Coral or Fort Myers area, email hello@cupofjocoffee.shop before you order and we'll arrange pickup or local delivery instead of shipping.

If something goes wrong in transit

Once a package is with USPS, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, email hello@cupofjocoffee.shop and we'll sort it out. See our refund policy for how we handle damaged and missing orders.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale shipping is quoted per order and billed on your invoice. Local partners can arrange delivery or pickup.
